How we got here
We started Redwood because we kept seeing the same problem: companies wanted to use AI but couldn't find developers who understood both the tech and the business side. They'd hire an ML engineer who couldn't ship a web app, or a dev shop that treated AI like a checkbox.
So we built a team that does both. We're software engineers first — we've spent years building production systems, APIs, and web applications. But we also have deep expertise in AI and machine learning, and we know how to bring those capabilities into real products.
Today we work with companies of all sizes — from startups building their first AI feature to enterprises modernizing legacy workflows. We're contractors, and we're proud of it. We come in, do great work, and hand off something you can maintain.
